Beautifully redone building with classic, lovely, super clean and spacious rooms and unbelievably helpful and friendly staff. At off-season Booked.net rates, this is the highlight and absolute top bargain of the entire south Italy trip. The castle-like B and B is in the middle of a lovely tiny hill top town and the nearby rustic restaurant with excellent prices for very high quality seafood only added to the marvelous experience.

We spent some nights at this charming and very reasonable priced hotel. The location is excellent,the room which was a superior room. It was spacious with two balcony which overlooked on sea view, lovely and quiet. Furnished with nice antiques and the bathroom was quite large. Breakfast was very good - plenty of selection. There is also a number of reasonable priced and cosy restaurants in the area. We have also a kettle for our room and tea/milk was amply replenished daily. Loved the beautiful entrance with stairs pateo and old-fashioned.

As soon as we arrived to Cariati we well in love, small historical center on the top of the hill with fantastic views to the sea and mountains on the back. Palazzo Mascarbuno is really piece of history but offering comfortable without any compromise stay. And Guiseppe, the owner of the hotel, was making the stay specially memorable meeting us as old friends.He offered us any help including joining to breakfast in the city square nearby. Dinner in the authentic restaurant located on the historical city wall was one of most memorable during our trip to Italy this time. Thank You and hope to be back in one day!

Very nice B&B, recently renovated. The owner was very helpfull and friendly. Nice small Italian town.

No breakfast in the B&B, but was well organized around the corner.

The hotel is in the center of the beautiful old town of Cariati. There is enough space to park the car very nearby. Airconditioning is working perfect. Rooms are very clean. Romantic place to stay.

Only reason I put the comfort on a low level are the very tough/hard beds. They could solve this by putting a thin soft mattress on top of the original ones. Next time I bring my own because we will come back!
